Cancellation
Rehan Zia reserves the right to cancel workshops due to unforeseen circumstances, natural disasters or tutor/family illness.
All outdoor landscape workshops are weather dependant and may need to be cancelled at short notice. Participants will be informed using email or telephone details they have provided. If rearranging the workshop to a different date or transferring the booking to a different workshop is not possible, a full refund will be provided.
No refund can be given if the workshop is cancelled by the client less than 28 days prior to the workshop date.
It may be necessary to finish a workshop early if the weather deteriorates during a workshop. Efforts would be made to provide indoor instruction but a refund would not be possible if the workshop is more than halfway in.
Rehan Zia cannot accept responsibility for expenses incurred due to cancellations.

Insurance
All clients participate at their own risk and Rehan Zia can accept no responsibility for injury or damage to their persons, equipment or property. It is recommended that the client obtains a public liability insurance policy to cover themselves against injury, theft or cancellation.

Legal Age
All participants must be 18 years or over on the day of the workshop. Under 18’s are welcome to attend a group workshop but must be accompanied by a participating/paying adult.

Rehan is DBS(CRB) checked and has public liability insurance.
